Anyone with a Seller Oracle account can use Refer & earn and gets 10% of every payment made by each customer they refer, after VAT and payment processing fees, for as long as that customer stays subscribed. Once 10 of your referrals are paying at the same time, and each has been paying for at least 45 days, your rate moves to 20% for payments from then on. People who run a community, channel or group can apply for the affiliate programme, which pays 20% from approval. Your rate never goes down.
Someone who signs up with your link, or with your code in the signup form. The referral is set when they create their account and can't be added later. Existing Seller Oracle accounts can't become your referrals.
Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment, in case of a refund or dispute. After that you can ask to use your whole balance, from your Refer & earn page, in one of two ways. You can take it as credit on your Seller Oracle bill, whatever the amount. We add it by hand and it comes off your next invoice, so if you're not on a paid plan yet it waits for your first one. Or, once you have £25 or more, you can ask for it by PayPal, to the PayPal email you save on your Refer & earn page, and we send it by hand. You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reduced or cancelled. If you've already asked for that commission or been paid it, we take it off your next payout instead.
You can stop at any time. We can pause or end your referral link if you break these terms, and anything not yet used is then forfeited. If we end the programme or your link for any other reason, you keep what you've earned up to that date.
We'll give you 30 days' notice by email of any change to these terms.
