These terms govern your use of Seller Oracle, operated by WhiteKnight Software Design - FZCO, registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 87386) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Seller Oracle.
Seller Oracle connects to your email, reads your retailer and business emails, and builds a record of your purchases and expenses. It is a tool to help you track and organise your Amazon backend. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your own records.
We own all rights in the Seller Oracle service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights over the content of your emails or the records we extract from them.
Seller Oracle is a paid subscription. We offer four plans, Starter, Plus, Core, and Pro, billed monthly or yearly in pounds sterling, with two months free on yearly billing. Prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@selleroracle.com and we will review your case.
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial and no card required. When your trial ends, access pauses until you subscribe. We do not delete your data, and everything is there waiting when you come back.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for your own legitimate business purposes.
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access other accounts' data, no reverse engineering or disrupting the service, no using it for unlawful purposes, and no connecting email accounts you are not authorised to access.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any email account to Seller Oracle and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including Amazon's terms of service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your connection of email accounts you are not authorised to access.
Seller Oracle uses AI to read and extract data from emails. While we work hard to make it accurate, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free, and you should verify anything that matters. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, and we may change or suspend features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Oracle is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, government actions, pandemics, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
You can stop using Seller Oracle and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without requiring your consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts there.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Seller Oracle. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
