Activity

The Activity page lists what changed on your orders, newest first and grouped by day. Use it to catch up on what happened while you were away from the computer. Open it from the Activity link with the bell, at the top of every page in your workspace. On a phone the link shows the bell and the count, without the word.

Everyone on your account can open it, including View only members.

Automatic and Full history

The page has two tabs.

  • Automatic is the tab it opens on. It shows the changes Seller Oracle made from your emails and its automatic rules, such as an order marked Delivered from a delivery email, or an order cancelled because the payment was not verified within 7 days.
  • Full history shows every change, including the ones you, your team and Seller Oracle support made.

Changes you and your team make on a page never appear on the Automatic tab. Two jobs you start finish later in the background, so their changes do: invoices matched by a bulk invoice upload, and a PrepBusiness export.

Days and summaries

Each day has a heading ("Today", "Yesterday" or the date) and a summary line such as "1 new order · 2 dispatched · 1 delivered · 3 to check". Days follow your account's time zone, which the owner or an admin can change under Business details in Settings.

"To check" counts the changes that need a look from you:

  • an order flagged for review
  • a refund held for a check
  • an order waiting for a payment check, or with a payment problem
  • a new order that arrived flagged
  • a delivery code, unless the same email also marked the order Delivered

Refunds are counted, not added up, because each keeps its own currency.

On Full history the summary gives the number of changes and how many of them people made, for example "13 changes: 10 automatic, 3 by people".

What each line shows

One line covers one order and one email, click or automatic step. It shows:

  • the time
  • the retailer and order number, which open the order, and the order's first item
  • what changed, for example Dispatched → Delivered, with the other changes from the same email underneath, such as a new tracking number
  • why it changed: the email it came from, the automatic rule, or who made it ("You", a teammate's name, or "Seller Oracle support")

Click an email's name to open the email in the Email log. View only members see the name but can't open the email.

Each order's page lists the same changes for that order in its History section.

New since your last visit

Activity remembers when you last opened it. Automatic changes that arrived since then have a dot, the Automatic tab says how many are new, and a line reading "Seen on your last visit" shows where your last visit ended. The first time you open Activity there are no dots. They start from your next visit.

Switching tabs, moving between pages, or opening an order and coming back keeps the same dots. They move on the next time you open Activity after something new has arrived.

The count at the top of the page

The Activity link at the top of every page in your workspace shows how many automatic changes have arrived since you last opened Activity, up to "99+". Opening Activity clears it. If you have never opened Activity, it counts the last 30 days. Changes you and your team make on a page are never counted.

Older changes

Use Older and Newer at the bottom of the page to move through earlier changes, 50 lines at a time.

What is not listed

  • Changes from before 3 October 2026, when Seller Oracle started keeping order history. Each order's emails are still in its Email Trail.
  • Hidden orders. While streaming mode is on, orders you've hidden on stream are left out too, including from the summaries and the count.
  • Expenses, notes, SKUs and ASINs.

While streaming mode is on, retailer names, order numbers, tracking numbers, carriers, file names and teammates' names are hidden.
