To Do
To Do
The To Do page is your work queue. It collects the order items that need an action from you and sorts them into two tabs: items that still need an Amazon ASIN, and items that have everything they need and can be listed on Amazon.
Each tab carries a live count, so you can see at a glance how much is outstanding.
Needs ASIN
This tab lists every purchased item that does not yet have an Amazon ASIN attached. An item lands here when Seller Oracle reads it from a retailer email but cannot work out which ASIN you are buying.
Each row shows the order date, retailer, order reference (click it to open the order), product name, quantity, and unit price, then an ASIN field and a search shortcut.
Assigning an ASIN
Type the 10-character Amazon ASIN into the field and click Save. ASINs are in the format B0XXXXXXXX: ten letters and digits, for example B08N5WRWNW. The field accepts exactly ten alphanumeric characters and uppercases what you type. If you enter anything other than ten characters you get an "Invalid ASIN format" message and nothing is saved. Leave the field blank and save to clear an ASIN you set earlier.
If you do not know the ASIN, use the Search shortcut next to the field (labelled Amazon on desktop). It opens an Amazon search in a new tab using the product name, so you can find the matching listing and copy its ASIN back into the field.
When you assign an ASIN, it is saved on that item and shown on the order. You can also assign ASINs from the order detail page, where the same field sits on each item row.
Hiding an item
Each row has a hide button (the crossed-out eye). It hides the whole order the item belongs to, which is the right move when the item came from an email that should not have created an order. The order drops out of your lists and stops counting towards spend, and you can restore it later. See hiding an order for how that works.
Ready to List
This tab lists items that have an ASIN and are ready to go live on Amazon. An item appears here once it has both an ASIN and a SKU, its listing status is not yet Listed, and neither the item nor its order is in a finished state (cancelled, returned, refunded, and so on). Items that already failed a listing attempt show up here too, so you can fix and retry them.
Each row shows the order date, retailer, product name, ASIN, SKU, and the item's Amazon listing status, with the listing control on the right.
Listing from this tab
If your Amazon account is connected (in Settings), each item shows a List on Amazon button. Click it to open the listing form, set your sell price, choose FBA or FBM, and submit. Seller Oracle creates an offer-only listing on your Seller Central account. The full flow, the form fields, and what each listing status means are covered in Listing on Amazon.
If your Amazon account is not connected, the items still appear here so you can see what is waiting, but there is no list button until you connect.
Failed items
If a listing attempt is rejected by Amazon, the item shows a red Failed badge and a Retry button. Hover the Failed badge to see the reason from Amazon. Fix whatever Amazon flagged, then retry from the same row. See Listing on Amazon for the common rejection reasons and how to clear them.
