Subscribe & Save orders, found
Amazon Subscribe & Save deliveries now turn up in Seller Oracle as orders, even though Amazon never sends an order confirmation for them.
What's new
When a shipping email arrives from Amazon for an order Seller Oracle hasn't seen, we make the order from that email. It works for Subscribe & Save and for any other Amazon order whose first email is about shipping. An out for delivery email creates it as Dispatched, and a delivered email creates it as Delivered.
If Amazon sends the order in more than one parcel, each later dispatched email that shows a price adds that parcel's items and amount to the same order. If the confirmation turns up later after all, it joins the same order rather than making a second one.
Some shipping emails don't show a price. Those orders are flagged No payment amount found in Needs review, so you can add the amount.
Why we built it
Amazon charges Subscribe & Save when it dispatches, and doesn't send an "Ordered" email. Seller Oracle used to wait for a confirmation that never came, so those deliveries never became orders. That's stock you'd paid for with nothing to track it against.
Where to find it
There's nothing to switch on. These orders appear in Orders like any other, from Amazon UK, Amazon's sites in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, and amazon.com.
