Every order on one line

The Orders list now opens in the Journey view, where each order is one line showing how far it's got.

What's new

  • One line per order. Each order shows its steps in order, from Ordered through Dispatched and Delivered to Invoice. If you want them, Amazon and Prep steps sit between Dispatched and Delivered.
  • Tap a step to update it. Each step opens a small pop-up for that step, such as Order status or Invoice. On an order with one item, tapping Dispatched or Delivered ticks it.
  • Update a batch at once. Tick several orders and use the bar that appears. Mark delivered and Invoice not required are always there, and Sent to prep and All listed appear when those steps are on.

Why we built it

The old list gave each order a badge for its status, another for the invoice and another for prep. To work out where a product had got to, you read every badge on every row. A line of steps you can read at a glance, and change with one tap, is how I want to see my own orders.

Where to find it

Open Orders. It's the view everyone gets unless they've picked another.

  • The account owner or an admin adds the Amazon and Prep steps in Settings > Order progress, under Steps before Complete.
  • If you'd rather have the old columns, choose Classic (columns) under Orders view in Settings > Appearance. That choice only changes your own view.

View only teammates see the steps but can't change them.
