A faster Action Centre

The Action Centre is where you clear the jobs Seller Oracle can't finish for you, and it's now much quicker to work through.

What's new

• No more reloading. Save an ASIN, mark something reviewed or hide an order, and the list updates where you are, with a message to say it's done. Hiding an order and saving Confirm amounts both come with an Undo.
• One row of tabs. Every list sits in one tab bar, most urgent first. That's Needs ASIN, Ready to list once Amazon is connected, Prep centre if you use Source2Store, then Late deliveries, Needs review and Confirm amounts. Each tab shows what's arrived in the last 7 days and the total, like "6 new · 34".
• Type an ASIN once. Save an ASIN while more items with the same name from the same shop are waiting for one, and we ask "Use B0… for the other 3?". Press Fill 3 and they're done. We never fill them in without asking. The same question comes up when you save an ASIN on the Orders list or an order page.
• One Needs review list. Flagged orders and flagged expenses are in one list, newest flag first, each with its reason in plain words. Press Mark reviewed once you've checked it.
• Confirm amounts in one go. Type what your card charged for the ones you know, then press Save page. The rest keep their estimate and leave the list.

Why we built it

Every click used to reload the page and send you back to the top. Some lists sat past the edge of the screen, so you didn't know they had anything in them. And if you'd bought the same thing five times from the same shop, you typed the same ASIN five times.

Clearing the Action Centre should take minutes, not an evening.

Where to find it

Open Action Centre in the sidebar. The account owner, admins, members and VAs can work through it. View only teammates don't see it.
